Science is the pursuit and application of knowledge, consequences, observations and understanding of the natural and social world following a systematic methodology based on evidence.Science has absolutely done a great service to human beings and its services continue till now.

Keeping the indispensable and pivotal role of Science in our lives a special assembly was conducted and very well framed by the students of Classes XI C and XI D to make the inquisitive students of MPSFG aware with the role of NASA in inventing the two most important telescopes ,THE HUBBLE TELESCOPE invented on 24 April 1990 and THE JAMESWEBB TELESCOPE invented on 25 December 2021.

Principal Ms Harjinder Kaur highlighted the key role of the above stated telescopes . She further added how the world's largest and most powerful telescope built to date, successfully blasted into orbit on 25 December 2021. The launch marked the long-awaited start of the Webb telescope's mission, after more than 30 years of development and countless delays.

The launching of the JAMESWEBB TELESCOPE is not only the proud moment for NASA but indeed a majestic day for all the citizens of the world as it is a successor of the HUBBLE TELESCOPE.

Principal Ms Harjinder Kaur appreciated the hard work put up in this grand assembly by the Science Department and other associated faculty members. She further encouraged the teachers and the students to organize such meaningful and knowledgeable assemblies in future too.
